On July 11th, MediaTek announced the launch of the new Tianji 6000 series mobile chips for mainstream 5G devices. The Tianji 6100+adopts a 6nm process and is equipped with 2 ArmCortex-A76 large cores and 6 ArmCortex-A55 energy efficiency cores.

MediaTek said that Tianji 6100+has excellent energy efficiency performance, supports HD display, high Refresh rate, AI shooting and other functions, and provides reliable and stable Sub-6GHz 5G connection. Smartphones using Tianji 6100+mobile chips are expected to be launched in the third quarter of 2023.
